The Dragon Ball 40th Anniversary 2026 Acrylic Ornament turns four decades of animated Dragon Ball history into a colorful character-focused decoration. Goku stands at the center of a large Dragon Ball, surrounded by Shenron and characters representing different eras of the series, while bold “40th Anniversary 1986–2026” lettering anchors the design.

The result is less like a traditional Christmas ornament and more like a compact Dragon Ball tribute that can fit into seasonal décor, an anime collection, or a fan-room display.

Why 1986–2026 Matters

The original Dragon Ball television anime began broadcasting in Japan in February 1986. Toei Animation specifically marked February 26, 1986 as the beginning of the anime broadcast, making 2026 the 40-year point for the animated series.

That distinction matters because the wider Dragon Ball 40th Anniversary celebrations officially began earlier, reflecting the manga’s 1984 debut. The Dragon Ball Official Site says those franchise-wide festivities began in 2024 and concluded with Dragon Ball Genkidamatsuri in January 2026. DRAGON BALL OFFICIAL SITE

For this ornament, the printed 1986–2026 date range is therefore most naturally understood as a reference to 40 years of the Dragon Ball television anime rather than the original manga publication date.

A Character-Packed Anniversary Design

The artwork is built around a large orange Dragon Ball positioned at the center. Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, Shenron, Frieza, Trunks, Majin Buu, Cell, Bulma, Krillin, and other recognizable characters appear around it in a bright, layered composition.

Orange, green, blue, purple, red, and gold give the piece a high-energy look that feels appropriate to the series without relying on a single-character portrait. The “DRAGON BALL 40TH ANNIVERSARY 1986–2026” treatment at the bottom keeps the commemorative theme immediately visible.

The example artwork also shows a name positioned above the central Dragon Ball, giving the design a personalized appearance when that option is offered.

Choosing a Size

The supplied product information lists five size formats:

8 cm, 8–12 cm, 12–15 cm, 17–20 cm, and 22.8 cm.

Because several options are presented as ranges instead of fixed dimensions, check the exact selectable variant before ordering. A smaller option can work among other tree decorations, while a larger format gives the detailed character collage more visual presence in a fan display.

For Dragon Ball Fans and Collectors

The broad character lineup makes this ornament especially relevant to fans who enjoy the series as a whole rather than collecting around only Goku or one particular saga.

It can fit naturally into:

• Christmas and seasonal indoor décor
• Dragon Ball-themed trees
• Anime shelves and fan rooms
• Anniversary-focused collections
• Birthday or holiday gifts for Dragon Ball fans

Because the artwork itself is not strongly Christmas-specific, it can also remain part of a year-round anime display after the holiday season.

Care and Storage

Handle the acrylic piece carefully and clean it with a soft, non-abrasive cloth when necessary. When storing it with other decorations, protect the printed surfaces from rubbing against harder objects that could cause scratches.
